Pink Heulandite & Apophyllite 8
Soft, sparkling and beautifully sculptural, this specimen features a large icy-white Apophyllite crystal nestled against a sweeping bed of naturally pink Heulandite.
The Heulandite forms hundreds of delicate bladed crystals in warm shades of peach, blush and dusty pink, creating a densely textured surface with a beautiful pearly lustre. The crystals overlap in little sprays across the matrix, giving the piece an almost floral appearance.
At one edge sits a prominent Apophyllite crystal, beautifully contrasting against the pink Heulandite with its translucent, icy-white appearance and broad glassy crystal faces. In the light, its internal textures create a subtle shimmer while the surrounding Heulandite catches the light from every angle.
This beautiful combination is characteristic of the zeolite-rich Deccan basalt formations of India, renowned amongst collectors for producing striking associations of Apophyllite and Heulandite.

Please note: As this is a natural mineral specimen, variations in colour, texture, inclusions and natural markings are part of its unique character. Colours may appear slightly lighter or darker in person and can vary depending on lighting conditions and screen settings.
