Pink Mordenite Specimen 3 - Maharashtra, India
17cm by 12cm.
An incredibly dreamy Pink Mordenite specimen covered in soft blush, peach and dusty pink crystalline formations that look almost like tiny fluffy blossoms.
The Mordenite grows in dense radiating sprays, creating rounded pom-pom and flower-like clusters across the specimen. Thousands of incredibly fine crystal tips catch the light, giving the surface a delicate sparkle while the deeper salmon-pink matrix peeks through between the formations.
Some clusters form almost perfect little spheres, while others overlap into a soft crystalline garden, with touches of creamy yellow mineralisation adding even more texture and character.
Pink Mordenite is a particularly beautiful and less commonly encountered variety of Mordenite, making these delicate pastel specimens wonderful pieces for collectors of unusual zeolites and Indian minerals.
Mordenite is traditionally associated with clarity, harmony and gentle, calming energy.
Please note: As this is a natural mineral specimen, variations in colour, crystal formation, inclusions, natural fractures and contact points are part of its unique character. The fine Mordenite crystals are extremely delicate and should be handled as little as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and screen settings.
