An intricate Petal Calcite specimen featuring delicate white crystal rosettes growing across Chlorite-included Quartz, with contrasting patches of silvery-black Specular Hematite.

The Calcite forms an abundance of flower-like clusters made up of thin, overlapping crystal blades. Some resemble tiny roses, while others spread outward in layered, fan-shaped formations. Their soft pearly-white colouring and fine crystalline textures give the specimen an almost frosted appearance.

Beneath the Calcite, translucent Quartz crystals reveal subtle green Chlorite inclusions, adding gentle touches of colour amongst the white formations. Along the edges, dark Specular Hematite displays a metallic, silvery-black lustre with fine flaky textures, creating a striking contrast against the delicate Calcite petals.

The combination of intricate white rosettes, pale green Quartz and metallic Hematite gives this specimen an interesting mix of crystal habits and textures, with plenty of small details to discover up close.

Calcite is traditionally associated with clarity and emotional balance, while Quartz is often linked with clarity and amplification. Hematite is commonly associated with grounding and stability.
